We grew up in Korea with the idea of food as a remedy, and that is the value we would like to nurture in our practice.
Our catering is guided by three terms and conditions: genuine, fresh and generous.
To be able to maintain these terms, we work with a small scale catering of maximum 30 portions per day. In this manner we recreate the complexity of tastes and textures of an authentic home style Korean meal.
Our own products are named Sincerely – each and one of them sincerely coming from our hearts. This series represents the idea of food as a remedy. As in the traditional Korean cuisine we are using the natural power of clean and healthy ingredients that develop fully with careful cooking methods.
